Fall Schedule at Motus CrossFit

Hey Folks,

We had a great summer season with wonderful visiting crossfit athletes and a great number of local folks continuing their training with us year-round.

We switched up our Schedule starting September 10th, and added a few new classes for our Fall Season. Click here to view our SCHEDULE.

We will continue to add more training sessions, so stay tuned for additional class times. And if you can't make it to one of our regular schedule classes, please feel free to email us to request other times that would work for you.
