Warm-Up: 3 rounds of 300m Row, alternating with foam rollling
Dynamics; Squat, Cossacks, Spiderman, Child Pose/Cobra/Down Dog.

Parts A: Run 1 mile for time

rest as needed

Part B:
3 rounds for time of:
10 pull-ups
15 KBS @ 2 pood
20 push-ups
25 sit-ups
