Motus is my particular method or style of movement training.
Motus is Latin for motion, or movement. Motus is training for the mind and body through movement.
Motus is a fusion of Crossfit, gymnastics, capoeira, parkour, freerunning, tricking, MMA, wushu/gongfu, ba gua, tai ji, power lifting, oly lifting, handbalancing, equilibre, climbing, buildering, karate, tae kwon do, MovNat, krav maga, SPEAR... the list is endless...the concept is to learn from as many different methods and traditions as possible. Take the best and leave the rest.
Motus Collaborative is an interdisciplinary firm providing services and consulting in an array of fields including architecture, design, development, construction, fabrication, movement and fitness training, cooking and nutritional planning, and lifestyle management.
